Unless otherwise selected, postage is by Royal Mail. Parts are usually despatched within 48 hours of your order, and sometimes same-day. On occasion parts are not in stock and may be special order from the manufacturer - in these cases dispatch from us may take up to 5 days.

Once dispatched, you can expect to receive them in 1-4 working days in the UK. Please allow longer for deliveries to Europe and the rest of the world.

If there is any delay, we will contact you at the email address you submit when placing your order. You may cancel your order and receive a full refund.

We can offer an Express courier services at additional charge. Please call us to enquire about this service in advance of placing your order online.

Please note: our shipping costs are kept as low as possible for the benefit of the majority of our customers. In rare cases where your order is unusually heavy or bulky in relation to its monetary value, we may need to revise the shipping charge. In these cases, we will email you a link to pay the appropriate additional shipping charge if you wish to proceed with your order. Once additional shipping is purchased your will be processed without delay.
